The 2012 Championship will be held over the weekend of 26 - 28 October 2012 at the Sport Wales National Centre, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff.
All competition and equipment control will take place in the Main Hall.
The 2012 Championship entry form and booket will be available around the beginning of July 2012.
For the 2007 Championships, the Association decided to design and purchase its own tables and purchase seventy (70) target changers. Five suppliers were asked to quote for the changers, of which four eventually sent in a quote.
As most of the cost for the changers was to be funded by a Grant from the Sports Council for Wales, the Association was duty-bound to accept the cheapest quote, from Litts of Newport, for Häring LP5 changers.
The Häring lamp assembly was not supplied with bulbs, so the Association decided on 20W low-energy spiral bulbs. The black lamp shades were painted grey for the 2008 Championships and were then painted light green, to match the target background, for the 2009 Championships.
Megalink electronic targets were introduced for the Olympic Finals at the 2008 Championships.
Closing dates:- Closing date for booking accommodation at the College is 5pm Saturday 24 March 2012 and the closing date for entries (without accommodation) is 5pm Saturday 31 March 2012.
The accommodation prices on the entry form are per person, not per room.
Accommodation and evening meals will be available for the Friday and Saturday, as well as packed lunches on Saturday and Sunday. The number of competitons will be similar in scope to that of the Welsh Open.
